Made in Latvia. The AS3080E is a new production clone of the CA3080, the first operational transconductance amplifier (OTA) chip available. The new version adds optional linearisation diodes to the original chip which enables you to improve the signal-to-noise ratio. Since the original chip had several unused pins, this is possible while still maintaining pin-for-pin compatibility with the original.
