Description
Squeeze 2 is a 4HP Compressor module designed for continuous adjustment of gain, threshold and compression ratio with a single potentiometer. There are also dedicated controls for input level and make-up gain. The module is based on the high-performance THAT4305 Blackmer® VCA chip.
Updates from the Squeeze 1 include:
– SMD transistors are now changed to matched through hole transistors
– Build is now all thru-hole – SMD VCA chip is already pre-soldered
– All capacitors are now Panasonic LowESR
– New trimming circuit to adjust 0 gain for the center of make-up gain pot so the SQZ will have 0 amplification on middle adjustments
