Description
The t05 TAT is a DIY Eurorack triple attenuator. This is a beginner friendly kit – perfect for a first Eurorack DIY project!
TAT features three channels of passive attenuation for controlling the level of audio and CV signals. Simply patch into an input and the knob then acts as a basic ‘volume’ control. Each individual channel can be set to either LINEAR or LOGARITHMIC taper by setting jumpers on the back of the module.
In LINEAR mode, the knob provides a consistent change over the whole range of travel, this mode is typically more suitable when attenuating CV signals. In LOGARITHMIC mode, the range of the knob is set to closely match how the human ear perceives volume changes. This mode is typically more suitable for audio signals. See the user manual for how to set the jumpers for each mode.
